If your order reaches to you and it is not correct, we will be happy to fix it.
Wrong size? Wrong color? - No Problem!
If by mistake you ordered a wrong color and/or size and received a product that you wish to replace, then Not To Worry! We will enable the replacement. You will need to bear the return shipping charges and re-shipping charges.
If there is a mistake from our side (which can be wrong size and/or wrong colour delivered) in the product that you had ordered, we will bear the return shipping charges (not exceeding the shipping charges charged at the time of sale) and re-shipping charges.
To return new, unused items to us within 3 days of receipt and you will receive a refund in the form of product cost. The shipping charges will be deducted at the time of refund process. Refund process will begin only when the actual package reaches at our warehouse in unused/non damaged.
We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. Please retain your return tracking information.
Destination Moto is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected.Once we have processed your return, we will ship you the new requested item(s) or refund partial or complete payment made by you as per applicable scenario on inspection. If you have used the payment gateway while placing your order, a 5% deduction shall be made on the order value. This is the non-refundable commission that the payment gateway charges us. The refund shall be made to your bank account within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned items at our store.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the order you have placed. No Issues! You can do so by contacting us via email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation has to be done within 12 hours of placing your order. A processing fee of 5% amount of total order will be deducted while processing the refund. These are the fees which payment gateway company charges us for all the orders.
Incase if the parcel is already shipped, only the product cost will be refunded. The refund process will begin only when the actual package reaches at our warehouse.
Any item which has ‘Taken out for a ride’ will be considered USED. Shipping fees (if any), duties, taxes are non-refundable. Items which have been used or installed on your bike will not be accepted for refund / replacement. Any product or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Returns/Replacements must include all tags, packaging and be shipped in a sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Once we receive our team will examine your return, a store credit will be issued to your Destination Moto account. If you don't have an account of Destination Moto, you will need to create one to be eligible to the receive store credit.
Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy.
We at Destination Moto will be happy to assist you with warranty; however we do not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
To know the warranty terms by a specific product manufacturer/importer, give us a call or you can directly contact the manufacturer.
Warranties do not cover the damage caused by normal wear or due to consumer negligence.
Note: Team Destination Moto has right to alter the policies without prior notification in order to assist you easily.
